Email & Communication
We are NOT in the data-business! So, we do NOT sell your email address, or phone number, nor any other personal information of our customers. If you contact us and send us an email we will receive and store your email address and the content of your email. We handle your personal data with care and only store your email address and its content to enable the communication with you. We do not intentionally hand over your personal data to other parties. But please also read the "third party applications" section below! If you want us to delete your email address and your emails please contact us any time.
For customers: Please also notice that we might not be able to delete all relevant data once you became a customer. Regarding the current tax regulations we are obligated to store some relevant data of our customers for at least 10 years, for example: your name and address mentioned on your invoice, how many lessons you took etc. We also have to keep a copy of your invoice we send you.
In order to avoid spam we use "Gmail" for our communication. Therefore, your information you send us (your email address and the content of your email) will be stored by "Gmail (Goggle)". Google may analyze your data and store parts of these information for their own purpose.
Additionally we use "Wix"as our main website provider. Therefore, your emails and your email address may also be stored and analyzed by "Wix". If you ask us to delete all your emails we will erase them on both platforms. If you wish we can also contact "Wix" to erase all the additional information about you they might store on their servers. Please notice, if you send me an email and enter your private information, you agree with these conditions.
Third Party Applications
Furthermore, third party applications which are necessary to provide our service, like "Wix", "Google-Analytics", "Gmail", "Facebook" and "Google-Maps", might receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. For example: Google-Maps" might store and analyze any data you enter (street names, your own address etc).
Your data might be stored outside of the EU. "Wix", "Google-Analytics", "Google-Maps" and other third party applications may also collect your (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and your e-mail address you entered at our webpage. They may also store and analyze other information about your computer and your internet connection.

When do we contact you?
We may contact you after you contacted us. We only contact you to provide our services to you, after you initiated the communication. Once you established the communication (via phone or email), we may respond to your emails or calls, or contact you by using the contact information you gave us.
Once we establish a business agreement, we may send you documents (for example homework), we may notify you regarding your lessons, to troubleshoot problems with your lessons or payments, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, or through other ways of communication you have provided to us. We will NOT contact you to sell other or not relevant services to you. We also do not participate in any activities which might be considered "spamming" to reach out after our business agreement has ended. Cookies | Tracking
We use "Google-Analytics" to understand how people use our website. "Google-Analytics" delivers us some very basic anonymized statistics, like how many people visited our website, or which pages were frequently visited. To deliver these statistics "Google-Analytics" may place cookies on this webpage.
They also may track your IP-address and analyze other information about your hardware to track a user. However, this data will be anonymized by "Google-Analytics". We only use these very general and not personalized statistics to improve the overall user-experience of this website.
